Susan Powell

Susan has over 20 years of experience in the specific injury training. She is a certified ACE-Advanced Health and Fitness Trainer and is also certified in The Biomechanics Method. She has a medical background in soft tissue injuries. She trains individuals with specific health concerns to navigate their exercise regimes using education and goal specific routines. "I believe the best approach to healing an injury is a positive attitude, a strong willingness to 'show up', and a consistent exercise routine."

Mario Jordan

From Nashville, TN, certified through the National
Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). 7+ years of experience. He is also TRX Suspension Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
He works with a wide range of clients from men and women looking to lose or gain weight, to athletes training for a specific
sport.. His workout routines are structured around power/explosiveness and endurance training.

Janae Werts

Janae' Werts
Certified Personal Trainer, NPTI

BS from Georgia Southern University

Janae' specializes in Group training, Circuit Training,
Weight Loss, HIIT, and general life conditioning. She is a former
NCP figure competitor and a Breast Cancer Survivor.

She believes that if you make fitness fit your lifestyle, it can be fun. I will be hard
but it will totally be worth it!

Keisy Bullock

Keisy is a AAAI Master Trainer, certified Sports Nutrition Consultant and Active-Isolated Stretch Practitioner. Specializing in combining Unconventional Strength and High Intensity Interval Training, she is known for creatively enhancing traditional methods. Work outs challenge and engage the muscle groups at at deeper level, while incorporating fundamentals for balance and flexibility. She is genuinely passionate about helping her clients unlock their transformational capabilities, build healthier lifestyle habits, and get closer to a better version of themselves day after day. Whether you’re looking to lose or gain weight, overcome your work out “plateau,” enhance sports performance, or recondition after injury, she is dedicated to using motivational discipline to help you exceed your goals!

Rachel Carpenter

I am a lifelong athlete, with an interest in multiple sports, but I decided to focus on golf at age 13. I played on several amateur junior golf tours and went on to compete as an SEC and Big East student-athlete, first at the University of Arkansas and graduating from St. John's in NYC with a BS in Government and Politics. I also attended graduate school studying Sports Management at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, before competing as a professional golfer on mini tours for several years.

My love for Strength and Conditioning and nutrition stem from my two influential and encouraging college Strength Coaches, Josh Morgan and Al Caronia.

Since my freshman year at Arkansas, I have developed a passion for developing the knowledge and expertise to correct my own movement patterns, subsequently creating a more functionally efficient body with the ability to not only be strong, but also well conditioned while remaining injury free.

My desire is to help guide individuals - competitive athletes, youth, and adults accomplish performance and life goals, whatever those may entail.
