  • 30 Minutes of interval training focused solely on your core. This intense 30 minute class with test your balance, skill, and determination and music to match

  • Core Strength
  • Focusing on intense CORE (abdominal and lower back) movements for 30 Minutes.
    Incorporating upper body on Tuesdays and lower body on Thursdays.
