Let's take TRX Suspension Training to the next level and combine it with Metabolic Conditioning. This class includes dynamic and explosive movements using the TRX along with a metabolic circuit utilizing free weights, medballs, kettlebells sandbags, etc. for strength; Battle ropes, plyo boxes, speed ladders, etc. for endurance. Not recommended for beginners. This class is designed for intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
