Jiyan Hasan was born in Duhok, Iraq then raised here in the U.S from the age of 5.She struggled with being over weight her entire life.She tried every diet plan and "magic pill" possible leading her into a yoyo effect. She made a decision to make healthier eating habits along with using the gym as her outlet as a stress reliever.Through health and fitness she began to notice positive results in her life all around. From that day forward she became dedicated to living healthier permanently.

She lost over 60lbs since then from 190lbs-130lbs today.During her journey to getting fit , she was inspiring her family along with thousands of girls all over the world to get healthy. She decided to turn her passion into a business. Pretty Fit Girls Club, LLC. was created with a vision to educate, motivate, and inspire women that had similar struggles that I she once faced during the beginning stages in her fitness journey. She aspires to help women all around the world to gain their desired personal goals with as much help she can give.

Keisy is a AAAI Master Trainer, certified Sports Nutrition Consultant and Active-Isolated Stretch Practitioner. Specializing in combining Unconventional Strength and High Intensity Interval Training, she is known for creatively enhancing traditional methods. Work outs challenge and engage the muscle groups at at deeper level, while incorporating fundamentals for balance and flexibility. She is genuinely passionate about helping her clients unlock their transformational capabilities, build healthier lifestyle habits, and get closer to a better version of themselves day after day. Whether you’re looking to lose or gain weight, overcome your work out “plateau,” enhance sports performance, or recondition after injury, she is dedicated to using motivational discipline to help you exceed your goals!
Antares Brown is a certified trainer who specializes in Core development, Weight loss/Gain and Cardio efficiency. Also teaches group training and host a number of classes at the Forum

Sekou has over 20 years of experience as a performance coach. He has a B.S. in Recreation Therapy from Hampton University. He serves as United States of America Weightlifting certified Performance Coach. United States of America Track and Field certified Speed Coach. IYCA Youth Performance Coach and FMS Certified. Sekou works with youth and adult recreational and professional athletes focusing on core performance training, motivational coaching, weight lifting, speed and conditioning. Sekou operates one of the hottest training programs in Georgia! His training style is called Blueprint Performance. Sekou enjoys providing performance training for amateur athletes, adults, business executives and professional athletes who are looking to take their lives to the next level. Staying true to the Blueprint: Balance. Legs. Upper-body. Endurance. Power. Recovery. Intensity. Nutrition. and Torso Training. Sekou strives to offer his clients challenging and creative approaches to attaining their individual goals.
Susan has over 20 years of experience in the specific injury training. She is a certified ACE-Advanced Health and Fitness Trainer and is also certified in The Biomechanics Method. She has a medical background in soft tissue injuries. She trains individuals with specific health concerns to navigate their exercise regimes using education and goal specific routines. "I believe the best approach to healing an injury is a positive attitude, a strong willingness to 'show up', and a consistent exercise routine."
