Your Standard Membership gives you full access to The Forum Athletic Club facilities at all three Atlanta locations — Lenox Square, Ponce City Market, and Halcyon. You agree to follow all club rules and regulations, respect staff, and take responsibility for your personal belongings — TFAC is not liable for loss or theft.
Your initial contract runs for 52 weeks from your start date. After that, it continues automatically week-to-week until either you or TFAC cancels with proper notice.
Your membership fee is charged weekly to the credit card on file. Credit card is the only accepted payment method — cash, check, or other forms of payment are not permitted.
Your billing date is based on your membership activation date.
You'll be notified right away. You have 10 calendar days from the original rejection date to update your payment info. After 10 days, a $10 late fee is added to your account.
If your account goes more than 30 calendar days past due, your club access will be deactivated until the balance is resolved.
You can cancel at any time. Your request must be received at least 5 days before your next billing date for the cancellation to take effect before that charge.

Unlimited access to all Fast Twitch classes, billed automatically each month. Available to both members and non-members.
Fast Twitch Unlimited gives you unlimited access to all Fast Twitch classes at The Forum Athletic Club across all three Atlanta locations — Lenox Square, Ponce City Market, and Halcyon — charged automatically to your credit card each month. It's available as a standalone option for non-members as well as an add-on for existing gym members.
Your Fast Twitch Unlimited fee is charged monthly to the credit card on file, starting on your contract date. Credit card is the only accepted payment method.
The membership is month-to-month and auto-renews each month unless cancelled.
