TBC is 45 minutes of total body conditioning to build strong muscles and a strong cardiovascular system. You can expect high-intensity interval training with minimal rest to increase your fat burn and muscle mass from this conditioning class that will focus on all major muscle groups using bodyweight movements and resistance.

Cardio Agility
NFL Combine meets HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)! This fast-paced cardio circuit training is combined with athletic movements that will get your heart rate pumping in no time! In this session expect to focus on improving your ability to change direction and accelerate while in motion. Exercises such as jump hurdles, ladder drills, sprints and cone drills to increase your sports performance will be performed in this 45 minute all bodyweight class.
